Elle est pr\u00e9sente dans tous ses projets, des cr\u00e9ations artistiques aux animations culturelles en passant bien s\u00fbr, par le volet \u00ab&nbsp;\u00c9ducatif \u00bb.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il s\u2019agit d\u2019un travail permanent de recherche et de cr\u00e9ation th\u00e9\u00e2trale autonome prenant en compte toutes les aventures contemporaines de l\u2019art sc\u00e9nique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow fl\u00e9ch\u00e9s des quartiers prioritaires&#8230;<\/mark><\/em><br>&#8211; Les stagiaires peuvent \u00eatre \u00e9galement orient\u00e9s par les Missions Locales, les PLIE, les ANPE &#8230;<br>&#8211; Enfin, le bouche \u00e0 oreille, fait que certains viennent de leur propre chef , pour se former &#8230; <br>&#8211; Aucun niveau scolaire n\u2019est exig\u00e9.<br><mark
